Winter rate for two persons from December 15th to April 15th: US$350 per night.
Summer rate for two persons from April 16th to December 14th: US$300 per night.
There is an additional charge of US$25 per person per night up to a maximum of two extra persons (four in total).
These rates do not apply for the period of a couple of days before Christmas until just after the New Year, and also for the week around Easter and the week of Jamaican Independence (approximately the first week in August). Please enquire for more details.
Payment is 50% in advance and 50% before arrival, either by credit card, bank transfer, or bank draft sent by courier.
Minimum stay is 3 nights. Most bookings are from 5 to 14 days.
Normally check-in is after 2pm and check-out is before 10am. We will try to accommodate other check-in and check-out times when needed.
A “helper” is included to cook, clean and generally assist in making your stay a pleasant experience. The helper will also purchase food on your behalf and prepare it to your liking. At your request, the helper will purchase food and have a meal prepared and waiting for you upon your arrival. Thereafter, she can make purchases according to your instructions. Security is provided at night.
